Neetrix has completely revolutionised the way we do things at First Call Financials. No more notes in files or post it notes - messages and tasks are updated on the Neetrix client screen. Tasks are allocated using our client history and as we also changed to Neetrix accounts, all our work is updated by using any PC, Smartphone or iPad anywhere!

Neetrix is very user friendly and you set it up to suit your individual business. Their customer service is excellent and I cannot imagine being without Neetrix now. Even though I had known Adam for over a year it was only when I was looking into customer relationship management software did I start to understand the power, flexibility and suitability of Neetrix for small businesses. The patchwork quilt of business applications, spread-sheets and web-development could be massively simplified and streamlined. Everything related to customer, supplier and project management is now fully integrated. Furthermore we have the capability to put in place online ordering from the web-site, as and when we want to which is also fully integrated into the business software.

So often have I had to use legacy systems where CRM did not talk to Accounts. Where project / production management was held totally independently. All of this caused ridiculous duplication of inputting, errors and then cumbersome control procedures to identify when errors had occurred. Neetrix eliminates all of this with a brilliantly intuitive interface, logical and well considered business processes, and a level of seamless integration which makes it remarkably efficient and effective to use.

In terms of cost it is unparalleled. The monthly subscription based on the number of concurrent logged in users makes it ethically and fairly priced. And because it is cloud based, being able to work at home as well as on the move is a great advantage for me and my associates.

Everyone who I have shown it to and discussed it with has seen the obvious benefits of Neetrix; how it is a long way ahead of other business management software for smaller businesses. Fortunately for Techvolution we did not have a legacy software challenge, however, knowing what I now know about Neetrix, even if we had been using a mix of other software, I hope I would have had the sense to change.
