Yesterday bought a few enhancements to Neetrix StoreFront, making it easier to work with your products both in StoreFront and Accounting. Previously you were able to search your product list by name, some of our customer reported back saying that this could be made better. So we listened and upgraded the search system to include more and more of the fields you use to define your products.
Not every product can be described with a few words; for example a ‘Laptop Bag’ isn’t just a bag. Perhaps you stock three different sizes; 13”, 15” and 17”. Then there are the colours to think about; red, black, blue, grey, purple, polka-dot. You might even have shoulder straps verses backpack. Already there are 36 different products, and to add to the confusion you also stock other types of bag!
You can now search your products with more filters, and when they are added to invoices more detail is now available. Proving further that Neetrix StoreFront is more than just an ecommerce portal, it ties directly into your accounting system, both from a income and reporting point of view. StoreFront also allows you to properly handle your products and form more complex orders.
The third big enhancement is the capability to now compare balance sheet and PnL reports across up to five accounting periods. Simply use the checkboxes next to the periods you want to compare and click the compare button.. Easy!
