Information Collection

Collection of personal information

To serve you better and understand your needs and interests, Neetrix Ltd collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, along with required filings with data protection authorities, when applicable. When you order products and/or services by requesting information, subscribing to marketing or support materials, registering yourself and/or by making purchases of Neetrix products & services, entering contests or participate in surveys, and/or apply for a job at Neetrix Ltd, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions.

The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address; financial information such as your debit/credit card number; and other unique information such as user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, product and service preferences, contact preferences, educational and employment background, and job interest data.

In addition to the information you provide, Neetrix Limited may also collect information during your visit to the Neetrix website through our Automatic Data Collection Tools, which include cookies, web beacons, web links, and other commonly used information-gathering tools. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived at an HP website.

They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, click stream behaviour and product information. Your IP address may allow us to locate and identify your computer, allowing you to browse and shop. Neetrix Ltd may also use some of these Automatic Data Collection Tools in connection with certain emails sent from Neetrix Ltd and therefore may collect information using these tools when you open the email or click on a link contained in the email.

Registration & Surveys

We collect information about you that you provide when you register to use the community areas or other restricted areas of our site.

By Surveys

  • We collect information about you if complete any of the various forms on our site to contact us, make enquiries, order products and services, apply to us and give us feedback.
  • We require you to give us certain information, which will be indicated on the form you are required to complete in order to place an order. It would help us if you give us any other information that you think will be relevant but you are under no obligation to do so.
  • We do keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our server, such as your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which pages you visit.
  • We also collect some site statistics such as page hits and page views through traffic data and site statistics.
  • We are not readily able to identify any individual from traffic data or site statistics.
  • The website provides the Neetrix Help Desk, various telephone and fax numbers and email addresses for you to contact us. We collect data also when you contact us by other methods other than the website. And may also collect other information you supply to us after your initial contact with us.

We will collect information from you that you provide through any of these methods.

How Information is Used

  • When you buy software or services from us, we will use your information to fulfil your order and to provide you with the software or service you have requested.
  • When you register to use one of the community areas or other restricted areas on our website, we will use your information to provide those membership services to you.

How Information is Shared

  • Neetrix Ltd does share personal information when we retain the services of providers and suppliers to deliver products, services and/or customer solutions and/or to assist Neetrix Ltd with marketing and communication initiatives. These providers and suppliers may include, but not restricted to debit/credit card processors, providers of customer support and live-help, email service providers, automated data processors, and shipping agents. However, these suppliers and service providers are required by contract to keep confidential the information received on behalf of Neetrix Ltd and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for us.
  • Neetrix Ltd may share your information with another organisation to which we transfer, or are in discussions to transfer, our rights and obligations under our agreement with you. We may share your information with another organisation that buys our company or our assets, or with another organisation from which we acquire a company or business, and in the course of any preceding negotiations with that organisation, which may or may not lead to a sale.
  • We may also share your information with our funders or potential funders, such as our bank and with our professional advisers who have a reasonable need to see it.
  • Occasionally, Neetrix Ltd may participate in marketing initiatives with other companies. Some of these services and communications would then offer you the option to share personal information with both Neetrix Ltd and the other companies participating in these initiatives. If you choose to provide personal information only to Neetrix Ltd, we will not share this information with the other companies participating in that marketing initiative. If you choose to provide personal information to the other companies, that personal information will be handled according to the privacy policy of those companies.

Access to Information

Neetrix Ltd strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to help maintain data accuracy. We provide individuals with reasonable access to personal information that they had given us and the reasonable ability to review and correct it or ask for anonymization, blockage, or deletion, as applicable.

We also provide a range of communication methods such as the Neetrix Help Desk, which facilitates New Tickets and Live Chats.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your personal data. To view and change the personal information that you directly provided to us, you can return to the Site where you originally submitted your data and follow the instructions on that Web page and/or contact us with your request.

Privacy Preferences & Security

General Communications

Neetrix Ltd gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and/or services. You can choose to subscribe to certain products and/or services and its specific information and/or also to receive general communications from Neetrix Ltd.

You can make or change your choices about receiving either subscription or general communications at the data collection point or by using other methods, which are listed in the following sections.

However, this option does not apply to communications primarily for the purpose of administering order completion, contracts, support, product safety warnings, driver updates, or other administrative and transactional notices as the primary purpose of these communications is not promotional in nature.

Subscription communications

Subscription communications include email newsletters, software updates, etc that may be expressly requested by you and/or which you consented to receive. After requesting such communications from us, you may still opt out of receiving them by opting out by email and/or utilizing the "unsubscribe" link, and/or follow the opt-out instructions included in each subscription communication. Alternately, you may also contact us about this.

Security

We take seriously the trust you place in us to safeguard your privacy and endeavour to prevent unauthorized access and/or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and/or to ensure the appropriate use of the information. We therefore put in place and/or utilize the appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect at all times.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive information such as credit card information. This encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us.

In addition to that, credit card numbers provided by you to us are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. As part of real-time payment processing, provide that extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud and to protect your financial data.

Storage of Information (Data Protection Act)

Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

You have a right to see a copy of the information we hold about you on payment of a statutory fee, which is currently £10. Before we agree to this, you must provide with sufficient evidence of your identity and sufficient details of the information you wish to see to enable us to locate it.
